Public Workshops

Public workshops include mala-making, introduction to Thai bodywork, couples bodywork date night, and workshops about specific yoga topics.

Continuing Education for Yogis and Bodyworkers

Course topics include: in-depth Thai bodywork techniques for working both on a massage table and floor futon; incorporating Thai bodywork into draped deep tissue massage sessions; yoga + self-massage; traditional Thai tok sen and herbal compress applications; hands-on adjustments for yoga teachers; yoga for self-optimization; Thai bodywork partner workshop; and much more!

Courses will be offered on a schedule at various locations, and I am also happy to teach my workshops at your location for your student body.
